Making ECPC
As ECPC is designed to be made by anyone, making ECPC yourself is easy peasy.
Method
ECPC can easily be made in a typical gas stove with an aluminum mold. Simply heat up plastic waste in the mold, add in water hyacinth and sand, mix and you're ready to rock. It's really no different than melting and shaping wax.
Percentage
After trial and error on numerous amounts of ECPC trials, we concluded the optimal percentage of ECPC to be 65% Plastic waste, 5% dried water hyacinth, and 30% sand. This percentage is measured by mass and takes volume into account, for example, dried water hyacinth while only 5% has a very high volume.
